SERVICE OVERVIEW
Bio Tech Globals coordinates permanent laser marking on surgical and dental instruments through verified Sialkot-based engraving partners — managing your marking program from artwork submission through to pre-export QC sign-off. OEM medical device brands, hospital procurement teams, and wholesale distributors use this service to ensure instruments meet market entry branding requirements before a single unit ships.
Instruments destined for FDA-regulated US markets and EU MDR-compliant European distribution require permanent UDI marking as a condition of market entry — we coordinate marking programs to each destination standard before production is confirmed. So instruments leave Sialkot already marked to each market’s specific compliance requirement.

OUR OPERATIONAL ADVANTAGE
Your entire marking program — artwork submission, production coordination, QC inspection, and export clearance — runs through one contact at Bio Tech Globals.
Marking is coordinated across stainless steel and titanium instrument grades — the two primary materials used in surgical and dental instrument categories.
No marking begins until your artwork specification has been reviewed, corrected where necessary, and formally signed off by your team.
Every marked instrument is inspected for mark accuracy, legibility, and compliance with the locked artwork before it enters the export documentation process.
FDA and EU MDR marking requirements are not interchangeable — we review your destination markets and map your instrument marking to each applicable standard before production is confirmed.
Laser marking is coordinated as part of the full instrument export operation, not procured separately and handed over to a freight forwarder.
HOW IT WORKS
Send us your brand specifications, regulatory marking requirements, instrument list, and target destination markets. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a structured review confirming which markings can be applied
Our compliance team reviews your submitted artwork against the applicable market standard — FDA 21 CFR Part 830 for US distribution or EU MDR Annex VI for European markets. You receive a formal sign-off request.
Marking is coordinated through verified Sialkot engraving partners against your locked and approved specification. You receive a pre-shipment QC verification report confirming mark accuracy.
Marked and verified instruments are cleared through export with a complete documentation pack — including commercial invoice, ISO 9001 certificate, compliance declarations, and QC marking verification report.
